Birthdays!

Katelyn and Sean had their birthdays this month. Sean's was Feb 6 and we had a really great day with him. His big gift was a ping pong table. Since then we have had some friends over and the young men over for some ping pong tournaments. He has really had fun with it! I don't have any pictures of it yet, but we decided to go with a Kettler Rigo Pro from Robbin's Tables Online.

We celebrated Katelyn's 3rd Birthday this weekend. First we had some family time and she opened her presents.

Then we took her to Chucky Cheeses for dinner. She and Brayden had a lot of fun as you can see.

Here's the best part of Katelyn's Birthday... We had a special tea party for her. Her cousin Weston started the party off bringing her flowers when she answered the door.

The tables were decorated and the food table was prepared by her cousin Madison who is eleven. She did a really great job. There were cupcakes, cream puffs, cheese and crackers, and little sandwiches.

After eating we played some little games. We pushed them in their little princess "carriages" they made with stickers spelling their name. We also helped them play "pin the lid on the tea kettle." All of which Madison also came up with and created.

Happy Birthday Katelyn. You had fun being "Princess for a Day!"

Here are the kids having some silly bath time recently. They are so cute together.

Snow in February!

Well, we got some snow yesterday! It sure is beautiful. It will probaby all melt because it is supposed to be sunny today, but it was sure fun for the kids while it lasted. Here they are playing with the first snow fall.

Here is what it looked like this morning. There was a second snowfall.

Silly hair day. Katelyn's cousin Madison spent the day with us for her birthday. We had some fun curling everyone's hair, but Katelyn's looked like the 80's before we put it up...

Katelyn and I made some little boats out of bowels, play dough, and construction paper the other day. We had so much fun we made at least ten of them and watched them float around in the bathtub.
