Mark and Nancy's Visit

Near the end of June, Sean's parents came to Missouri! We had a great time showing them around. This was Mark's first time seeing where we live. We spent some of the time in Branson while they were here. We went to the butterfly palace there...

We started with a 3-D movie about a praying mantis and a butterfly. Here they are all set to watch it.



Brayden has a thing with dark glasses doesn't he.



These were taken inside where the butterflies live. There were quite a few flying around. This one was so big you could sit on it. haha...




Sean had some good close encounters and had fun sharing with the kids.







Personally I think Katelyn was the cutest butterfly!



So then we headed on over to an amusement park called Silver Dollar City. We spent a couple of days there. Our first day we got rained out, but our second day was so fun! We rode lots of rides and let the kids get wet and stuff.



Gotta love those little kid rides!

Then when it got hot, we headed over to the indoor shows. This one was the "circus on ice." Poor Nancy... Katelyn was squeezing her pretty tightly. For some reason Katelyn was nervous about being that close to them.



Aaaa... Katelyn and Brayden love their grandma and grandpa!!!



Grandma and Grandpa got Katelyn and Brayden some pretty cute hats from the Bass Pro Shops. Every time Brayden puts his on he says "Grandpa hat?" He loves wearing it.



Nancy was helping Brayden get comfortable getting wet. He wasn't too sure at first.



These are hilarious! Brayden couldn't get enough!!



This picture is so funny! We couldn't stop laughing when we saw it! Nancy captured this moment with katelyn at the children's play place in the park. We should send it in to a hair commercial and label it "Bad Hair Day"
