We went to our cousins' place and their little town of Cabool had a festival. The kids had a lot of fun!
Here they are on their way to the rides and games...
Candle Making
Riding Ponies
Blow up games
Just plain cute!
Tasty treats!
Close encounter with a train! Brayden loved it!
Time for fireworks! Katelyn is sitting next to a girl that is going to be in the Beauty and the Beast play. She plays the part of Belle. We told Katelyn that and so all day she kept wanting to hang out with "Belle." She said, "I just love princesses can I go talk to Belle for a while. She said she wants to take me to get some ice cream." It was so funny!

Festive Cooking
Katelyn helped me bake a cake for the neighborhood BBQ. We made a white chocolate cake with a few berries to decorate with. We have been blueberry picking recently and the kids did really well. We got 10 lbs of blueberries! We have been making muffins, pancakes, and slushies mostly. I would like to make some jam. I love blueberry jam!

New Couches
We finally decided to get some couches. They are a cocoa color and made of a crushed microfiber. They look like a little like leather in these pictures, but the are really soft. Each one is a recliner. Sean and I have a hard time sitting in them without falling asleep. They are very comfortable. I look forward to decorating with pillows and wall hangings and things wherever we end up here in the near future.
